The Board of Directors of Anchor Cove Marina provides this “unofficial document” concerning the Association Declaration and subsequent Amendments. This document was created from unofficial copies on file at the Skagit County web site as of February 20, 2018. It is for the benefit of the owners as a helpful tool in understanding the current form of the Association Declaration which governs owners, tenants, and guests of the Marina. Neither the Board of Directors nor the Association makes any representation of any kind that this document fully and accurately depicts and/or captures all Amendments and their effect on the Declaration or the implications of those Amendments, which may be legally significant. Each member of the Association is encouraged to seek the advice of legal counsel to interpret the legal implications of all Amendment. All owners, tenants, licensees, or other persons viewing this document should not rely on its accuracy and are urged to make their own review of the Skagit County records.
